- Architectural Style: A faithful expression of the English Baroque tradition, characterised by a dominant central block, grand temple-front portico, formal symmetry, and elaborate stone detailing that evokes the great country houses of the early 18th century.

- Landscaping: The house is positioned within 50 acres of designed landscape, with sweeping lawns that emphasise its axial approach and enhance the formality and grandeur of the overall composition.
